1 minute biking

1 minute jump rope

20 kettlebell swings

15 pull-ups

15 push-ups

15 air squats

20 GHD sit-ups

15 wall-ball

2 Rounds

Strength: Back Squat weight work-up

Rounds X 5 until reaching 3 rep max, then 3-3-3 at max (175)

WOD

5 Rounds

4 Back squat at 80% (165)

8 push press with 30 pound free weights

followed by

3 Rounds

30 second hand-stand hold

16 overhead walking lunges (with 25 pound plate)
